1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the atp555 website, available at atp555.bet, and all associated services, products, games, promotions, and features operated under the atp555 brand (collectively, "the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the atp555 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the atp555 Platform. atp555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any such amendments take effect from the date they are published on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English and are intended for adult players located in Bangladesh. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

If multiple accounts are discovered, atp555 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

  Self-Exclusion Status. You must not be subject to any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order, whether imposed by atp555 or by any other gambling platform or responsible gaming scheme. Players who are currently self-excluded and attempt to circumvent their exclusion by registering a new account will have all accounts closed and all balances forfeited.

  Personal Use Only. Your atp555 account must be used solely for your own personal, recreational purposes. You may not operate an account on behalf of another person, act as an agent for third-party bettors, or use the Platform for any commercial or professional wagering activity without the express written consent of atp555.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your atp555 account credentials, including your username and password. atp555 strongly recommends that you use a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other online service. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your atp555 account is your responsibility, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify the atp555 support team immediately at [email protected]. atp555 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, freeze the affected account pending resolution.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

Rules governing financial transactions on the atp555 Platform

atp555 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and selected Visa and Mastercard channels. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. atp555 does not charge transaction fees on standard bKash and Nagad deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transfer charges, for which atp555 accepts no liability.

In rare instances involving network delays or third-party payment gateway maintenance, processing may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit has not appeared in your account balance after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

  Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within five minutes of approval. atp555 targets sub-five-minute settlement as an operational standard. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. atp555 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

  Currency. All account balances, bets, and transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). atp555 does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any currency conversion is entirely the responsibility of the player and their payment provider.

  Payment Method Matching. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless atp555 support approves an alternative arrangement in writing. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect players from fraudulent withdrawal requests.

In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.

Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts or payment methods constitute abuse and will result in account suspension.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on the atp555 sports betting platform are subject to the general betting rules published on the Platform, as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules that apply to the relevant event. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules for that market.

7. Responsible Gaming

The atp555 name, logo, and brand identity are proprietary marks. Unauthorised use of the atp555 brand, including in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials, is prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, atp555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, payment processing failures, or third-party game provider malfunctions.

atp555's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the twelve calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

atp555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; provision of false registration information; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; underage gambling; abuse of promotions or bonuses; use of prohibited software or automated tools; or any other conduct that atp555 reasonably deems harmful to the Platform, its players, or its business interests.

Upon account closure for cause, atp555 reserves the right to retain any balance held in the account where that balance is connected to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a material breach of these Terms. In all other cases of account closure, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within ten business days.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within two business days, and any remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which atp555 operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through the atp555 support team will be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of the applicable courts, as determined by atp555 at its discretion.
